Payments are all processed in USD. Beautymall Wholesale is not responsible for any exchange rates and transaction fees by your bank or payment gateway.

Payment Method

Beautymall Wholesale currently accepts Paypal for any purchase with order value equal to or less than US$700. For order value above US$700, we only accept payment via bank transfer.

Beautymall Wholesale endeavors to maintain the highest standards of security against fraud. We maintain the latest security technologies to ensure your billing/shipping information and contact information are correct. Beautymall Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any transactions due to suspected fraud or illegal activity.

Disclaimer: Beautymall Wholesale is not responsible for any charges incurred by the transaction that may be imposed by a financial institution including your bank or other payment provider associated with the transaction.

If the amount received is less than the order amount, Beautymall Wholesale reserves the right to request the customer to pay for the difference before processing the order.

Order Processing Procedure for Bank Transfer

Customers can choose Bank Transfer as payment method during the checkout process. Once you have placed the order, you will be redirected to the page that you can receive your order no.

We will send you an email to confirm we have already received your order together with our bank information for you to arrange payment. Once you have completed the bank transfer, please copy the bank transfer ID and bank transfer slip.

Please go to My Account > My Order > search for the related order and go to Order Details page > you can then submit the bank transfer ID and upload the bank transfer slip to our system.

Please allow 72 working hours for our Finance Team to validate your payment. Once the validation is completed, your order will be processed and an order confirmation email will be received.

Coupon Code and Store Credit

To apply the coupon code, you can Simply input the coupon code in the "Coupon" field during the checkout process. All coupon codes are issued subject to the promotional offer’s terms and conditions. You can only use one coupon code per order (excluding certain items that are not eligible for coupon discounts on our website). You will be notified if the applied coupon code is not valid for your order.

Store credits are issued in the form of coupon code with 3 months validity. As mentioned above, only ONE coupon code is allowed to apply per order. Therefore, please select the best store credit/coupon code carefully and enter it before confirming the order, and be reminded to redeem the store credit coupon code before its expiry date.
