Shipping Process
Order processing : Your order will be processed once your payment is confirmed and verified. The order processing time* varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on the product page.

Custom,Tax and Surcharge
Customer is considered as the importer of the products and will be responsible for any custom tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges.
In addition to custom fees, customers may also be responsible for other changes from courier service, like administration or brokerage fees which may be incurred during custom processing and clearance of your shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
Beautymall Wholesale only accepts return, refund or replacement for wrong or defective items. However, we do not accept returns of products that are unwanted or change of mind. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please report to our Customer Service Team via submitting a ticket within 14 days from the day you receive the order. Return request submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Please have below information ready when you submit the ticket to our Customer Service Team to ensure speedy service :
- Your order number
- Product name and Beautymall Wholesale SKU no. of the item that you wish to return, refund or exchange
- Evidence of any wrong or defective item, such as photo or video of outer box / inner box /the product itself
The processing time takes 3 - 5 working days. Once your return is authorized, we will provide the return instructions to you via email. Please return the items in the condition same as in the evidence and shipped within 7 working days upon receipt of the return authorization date.
For any wrong or defective items returned, Beautymall Wholesale will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If replacement items are out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Terms and Conditions for shipping and return
- All wrong or defective cases must be provided with evidence such as the photo or video of any wrong or defective item, such as photo or video of outer box / inner box / the product itself. We reserve the right for the final decision whether the order could be returned or not after reviewing the evidence.
- All returns must be sent back to our designated return center; unauthorized returns would be refused or disregarded.
- Return items must be in condition same as in the evidence, unused with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Incomplete returns would be refused or disregarded.
- Beautymall Wholesale will usually reship replacement using Standard Shipping. Beautymall Wholesale reserves the right to determine the re-shipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
- Beautymall Wholesale do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
- Beautymall Wholesale is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
- To prevent any delays in handling returns, your name, order number and return authorization number must be indicated on or inside the return parcel.
- Coupon discounts and shipping fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers are not eligible for return, refund or exchange from Beautymall Wholesale.
- Beautymall Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected to be excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
- Beautymall Wholesale reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests.
- Beautymall Wholesale reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Beautymall Wholesale’s decision will be final.
